We can't understand why she likes to go to Uncle Mike and Aunt Lynda's so much....

Maybe because she has a little barn to play in? (that used to be Daddy's-how cool!)

With a little leopard couch inside? (that usually belongs to the dog)
And her own basket filled with remote controls, old cell phones and a flaslight?
All to play with in a little rocking chair just her size......
Like we said, a visit to their house is pretty much torture for her. :)
Thanks for the pics, Mike!

She'll be sad to know the lights will soon be "buh-bye..."

Reading with Opa

Spider has become old news and she's moved on to a color book as her fave. Opa passed the test and knows all his colors!

Too bad our babies don't like being outside....

First we watched Opa and the daddies cut up some firewood and take down a dead limb....the babies liked the chainsaw noise.
Then Oma put our double wagon to good use with a little off-roading!

Our Christmas table....

Us girls gathered pretty things for the Christmas table and here is the outcome! Quite lovely, if I do say so myself! Best of all....free because it was all outside our back door!

The crazy Christmas babies

This is the ONLY picture we got last night with both babies looking at the camera. They both were crazy animals making laps around the living room, taking one tear of each present, dragging all their new things around, trying to get into the adults' coffee....We finally had to put them to bed because the grown ups were tired from chasing them! :)

The famous chicken-duck

Opa bought Q this rubber chicken dog toy at Academy. She loves it and is absolutely certain it's a duck.

The things you can get Oma's to do when you're cute....

For example....push you around the living room on a box while you do some light reading.

Oma, Quinn, Alie, Beaux and I took a walk in the woods to gather some decorations for our Christmas table.

Snow, soup and BABIES!

Dear Wyoming family,
Don't laugh too hard, but here's where Texas snow comes from. A big truck.
We took Quinn and K to Snow, Soup and Santa at our church. They weren't too impressed with the snow, however enjoyed watching all the other kids run around. We slurped up some soup, but ditched out on Santa this year. The line was too long for kiddos who don't even recognize the guy yet!

The kids!

I can finally unveil some recent family photos now that the gifting has occurred! As you can see, this was smack-dab in the middle of Quinn's ear infection and smiles from her were few and far between! These are all Quinn's Houston aunt and uncles!
